Where does your organisation really sit?

Most organisations believe they are more mature than the evidence actually shows (optimism bias). This free Scorecard gives you a fast, structured, honest read across the four dimensions of the Achieve Delivery Maturity Framework: in five minutes.

Our free Scorecard is built around twelve of the thirteen principles of the ADMF and uses one question per principle to surface your organisation's approximate maturity profile. It is not a quiz. It is a structured diagnostic designed to reveal the gaps that matter most.

Who this is for

This Scorecard is designed for: PMO Directors, Portfolio Managers, Program Directors, Heads of Delivery, and Executive leaders accountable for delivery performance, as well as project management professionals assessing their organisation's capability.

If you are an individual practitioner looking to assess your own capability rather than your organisation's, the Scorecard results will still be useful: but the full Achieve Delivery Maturity Assessment is designed for organisational assessment rather than individual performance.

What the Scorecard Covers

  • Dimension I, Clarity: whether your organisation runs on honest information, clear decisions and fast feedback.

  • Dimension II, Strategy: how leadership sets direction, sponsors actively, solves the binding constraint, and prioritises.

  • Dimension III, People: who delivers, how capability is matched to complexity, and how teams work together.

  • Dimension IV, Execution: how the work is structured, disciplined, sized and delivered.

Your responses generate a score across the four dimensions and an overall total. Here is how to read it:

SCORE

MATURITY LEVEL

WHAT IT MEANS

up to 37%

Reactive

Delivery depends entirely on individuals. There is no repeatable approach and learning does not carry forward from one project to the next.

38–49%

Recognised

The organisation can see where delivery is letting it down. There are no shared policies, process or templates to govern how projects execute , and good practice is patchy and localised in business units or teams, with no shared expectations.

50–60%

Developing

Processes and templates exist but are applied unevenly. Good practice depends on who is in the room, not on how the organisation works.

61–72%

Consistent

A clear delivery standard is in place and applied the same way across the organisation, not just on flagship work.

73–85%

Evidence-Led

Delivery is run on evidence. Uncomfortable truths surface early and decisions follow data rather than opinion or seniority.

86–100%

Self-Improving

Improving how the organisation delivers is a shared habit — adapting ahead of problems because the culture expects and rewards it.
