Not every capability gap requires a full development program.
We've discovered that the market for training has changed. Many organisations no longer have the time to dedicate to detailed training courses spanning one to several days. Nor do our leaders have the time to dedicate to training individual staff members; and sometimes they also don't have the expertise. Our people need the right amount of information at the right time, from someone who knows the practices and how it works on the ground.
Achieve P3M offers structured, high-impact micro-skills development and focused interventions that build specific capabilities in the shortest time possible, and can be used only when needed.
Each micro-course maps directly to one of the fourteen domains in the Achieve Delivery Maturity Framework. This means that if your assessment identifies a specific domain weakness, a targeted course can be created to address it: sans generic or irrelevant training content.

Each domain micro-course is a focused, practical engagement which can be tailored to time constraints, and structured around:

Micro-course are aligned to a domain, and delivered in bite-size pieces (15 to 30-minutes per session)
