General information only
The content published on achievep3m.com.au (including articles, research summaries, framework descriptions, self-assessment tools, and any other materials) is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice specific to your personal or organisation's circumstances.
Project, program, and portfolio management involves complex organisational, technical, and human factors. No website content, self-assessment result, or general framework description can substitute for a structured, evidence-based assessment of your specific delivery environment conducted by a qualified professional.
Before making significant investment or organisational decisions based on information from this website, we recommend seeking independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Self-assessment tools
The Achieve Deliver Maturity Framework and Free Scorecard available through this website are diagnostic tools designed to provide a preliminary indication of delivery maturity. Results are based on your own responses and reflect your self-perception of organisational practice at the time of completion.
Self-assessment results are not equivalent to an independent and comprehensive Achieve Delivery Maturity Assessment. Self-assessment is inherently subject to optimism bias, incomplete information, and variation in how individuals interpret questions. Results should be treated as a starting point for discussion, not as a definitive measure of organisational capability.
Achieve P3M accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of self-assessment results alone.
Consulting assessment findings
Where Achieve P3M conducts a full Achieve Delivery Maturity Assessment, findings and recommendations are based on information provided by the client, evidence reviewed during the engagement, and the professional judgement of the assessor at the time of the assessment.
Assessment findings represent an independent, evidence-based view of delivery maturity at a specific point in time. They do not constitute a guarantee of future delivery performance, a prediction of project outcomes, or a warranty that implementing the recommended actions will produce any specific result.
Maturity ratings reflect the evidence available during the assessment period. They are subject to revision if material information that was not available during the assessment subsequently comes to light.
Intellectual property
The Achieve Delivery Maturity Framework (ADMF) including its thirteen principles, six dimensions, fourteen delivery domains, assessment methodology, and associated tools and templates, is the proprietary intellectual property of Achieve P3M (ABN 46 113 474 805). The 6-point maturity scale follows the established maturity-model tradition.

Use of artificial intelligence tools
Achieve P3M uses artificial intelligence tools as part of its consulting practice. We are transparent about how we use these tools and what safeguards apply.
We use AI tools for the following purposes:
-
Drafting document structures, summarising research, and generating template language: in these cases, no client information of any kind is involved.
-
Synthesising meeting notes and producing action item summaries: in these cases, the AI tool may process identifiable information including attendee names, your organisation's name, and the content of discussions. This output is used internally by Achieve P3M only and is covered by the confidentiality obligations in your engagement NDA. We use tools configured to minimise data retention beyond the active session.
-
Synthesising de-identified interview themes during assessment analysis: where AI is used to identify patterns across interview responses, all identifiable information (individual names, organisation name, project names) is removed before any AI processing occurs.
We do not use AI tools to process original client documents, financial data, or evidence artefacts. All documentary evidence is reviewed directly by the engagement lead and summarised manually.
Clients who require an engagement conducted without any AI tool involvement may request this in writing at the time of scoping. AI-restricted engagements require extended lead times and are priced accordingly.
Our AI tool use is governed by the confidentiality obligations in your engagement NDA and by this disclosure. If your organisation has its own AI use policy that places requirements on your service providers, please notify us at scoping so we can confirm compatibility before the engagement begins.
